For the record, I don't work for both companies. I am not an Officer or employee of Vencor. I helped setting some things up for them and I'm on the Board of Directors, but I have nothing to do with the day to day operations.
My only job is Chairman/CEO of Vega Biofuels, Inc.

Board of directors stills seems like an employee to me but until they are fully reporting no evidence either way.
