Beats me. I thought Marsala might walk when news of the SEC and grand jury investigations broke. Maybe he still thinks he can clean things up. But it's not a job most people would willingly undertake.

The new officers/directors are getting paid very well to stay on board. They have already been included in the Class Action lawsuits that have been filed and would be included in any SEC/DOJ action, so why not just stay on board and collect the bucks?

why not walk away now?? Does MDBX own them?? What do they have riding on this that they wouldnt just quit??
