You have not seen how pennies trade, sort of newbie
90% of the penny stock don't need news, most pennies trade on charts, not news. The news just adds fuel to the fire. Most stocks trade on simple math - BUY vs SELL, more buyers stock goes up, more sellers stock goes down. The charts become critical in news vacuum. However the situation here is little different. This stock had rallied to 0.1 and then pulled back at 0.025, exhausted all sellers, there are just no sellers left here knowing this company has good potential in the market. If they put positive news and I am 100% confident they will because most biotech have easy shot at animal studies, the hard part is FDA, pre-clinical is the easiest of all. I am sure there is no problem there and company will have good news on that front. They will pump the stock on that news and make quick money. Right now there is NO DILUTION at all, and that is very good sign. The bad penny stocks scams dilute like hell everyday like clockwork, these guys are not diluting as of now and that is helping a lot. Once we hit 0.045, volume comes in, keep in mind there are many newsletters in pennyland that send alert on TECHNICAL trade, that is what brings volume
This stock will be at 0.5 in flash on positive animal studies news. Why miss those gains now the stock is so damn cheap..0.038 is nothing , almost zero. The potential here is huge vs downside
Interestingly I have seen many pennies who put lot of news and stock barely moves because market then knows all news are pump and dump and stop responding to news completely and actually has negative impact. The last news was on April 16, not that far.
Golden cross is IMPORTANT part of eny stock, It defines the trend has changed forever, It is not a one day event. It takes few months to reach that state when moving averages converge and cross. Don't ignore the power of Gold cross. I have seen stock hitting GC rally over 200-300% , essentially pennies, Pennies are extremely sensitive to the CHARTS ! unlike regular stock. Most have the bad reputation of pump n dump, dilution. I see no dilution her in last few days
