The only thing Vinny and Bedrick did was form and run a criminal enterprise, book fake revenues, book fake Accounts Receivable, book fake inventories and issue fraudulent financials and fraudulent press releases

Look for Vinny and Bedrick to be criminally indicted and convicted for securities fraud and money laundering

So all they have done was clean up vinny's mess... How does that help shareholders. It seems to me like their approach is to say "everyone should feel sorry for us because we have to clean up this mess".

Their sole focus being on "cleaning up messes" and not moving the business forward is a very large contributing factor to the drop in PPS imo...

If management could put real revenues on the books and grow the business while fixing past problems this could be a strong company. Instead they are watching the pps fall day after day and doing nothing but pointing fingers..

Vinny and DR. B did way more for shareholders than current management. Even with all of the investigations and law suits they would have never let the PPS fall this low...

To be fair, probably they didn't realize how bad the situation was until after they'd signed contracts.
