So far, Stewart Environmental Labs settled with MJNA by posting a video. And Jason Cranford has also been dropped from the lawsuit.

I suspect Cann Labs will be dropped as well. It's not their fault that Stewart Lab gave them preliminary results of the RSHO testing.

Meanwhile, MJNA didn't even address two other labs mentioned in Project CBD's report that found concerning levels of toxins in their lawsuit.

And lastly, Project CBD filed an anti-SLAPP motion against MJNA who has not even refuted one single claim made in their report. Their entire complaint was just that it was defamantory, with no evidence to back that up.

I don't think MJNA is going to win even a single penny despite filing that ludicrous demand for $100M in damages.
