You ask questions, you are correct, I do as well. I sometimes thought that you were not asking enough questions when you almost, IMO, sunk all shareholders if you had been successful in overturning the SA.
How do you expect people here to feel about someone who could have very killed any chance, regardless of how large or small, any chance of getting cdex shares. I heard enough at the hearing to feel like loch was going away, one way or another.
You battled tooth and nail to kill the SA and you owning just over 5000 shares and were risking the investments of folks who have hundreds of thousands of shares.
You spent months talking about how you wanted to save loch, get another bod s and have a shareholders meeting. I have said this before but 99.984% or there abouts wanted the SA approved.
You had no right to do what you did, none, not with only 5000 shares. People are not going to forget. All of a sudden, you came up with legal information that you had not in the past shown that you had any knowledge of, IMO.
Maybe there will come a day when you will come clean about how all of you legal knowledge occured, became such a legal expert of legal action against loch. Who was giving you most of your information. We all make mistakes but as far as I am concerned, you rubbed this one in the faces of most loch longs.
Saw Paul Harvey on Larry King last night, maybe someday you will tell us, the rest of the story. We all make mistakes, some are large enough to admit them, some are not, usually best to start with the whole truth.
