Think about this, they advertised the site at Cannabis Cup which probably made a lot of people visit the site. When they visited the site and saw there was nothing on it, you think they're going to visit it again in their own interest?
That site is not going to draw people in. It's barebones and doesn't function properly. Launching the site before having content was a terrible move IMO.
