No it's very clear! Check the maxed AS near 6 billion with no assets or money or equipment or qualified people to do the job. One doesn't have to wonder to see the transparency of this scam. Quest is do they increase the AS to 10 billion and sell the next 4 billion for .0001 (or go to no bid) or do they go ahead and get the RS over with and crash back to trips immediately from dilution and still no product. The company is faced with some very hard choices!!! But at least they don't have work about the confusion and difficulty of building a business!! These guys have never and will never have a business at UTRM they're just a bunch of pathetic lying scams trying to get something for nothing.
