Yes, they do.

1) It's in the title "Company Merger & Acquisitions in 2015"

2) It's in here "plan to cross over and recombine the efficient agricultural resources"

It's simple logic Swede. They cannot list in Shanghai or anywhere else without a merger. And a simple cross over of land is not a merger.

The only thing we can't be sure about is whether they are referring to Gansu Yasheng Industrial. Because they mention "Gansu Yasheng Agricultural, Industrial and Commercial Company". But I'm not aware of any other company owned by the parent with a listing in China. There are only these two IMO.
