Just a guess here, but If they uncover the monster of 100 bil in minerals, I would value the asset at about 25 bil.

I am guessing LBSR could retain 30% after phase 1 and maybe down to 10% after phase 2 delineation, most likely bought out before mine development, say a billion or two..

Share structure will be important, but until drills are turning in a justified phase 2, we are probably looking at a nickel to a few dimes type range and medium term potential upon discovery confirmation..

I calculated a Net Present Value of a proven 100 billion Hay mountain deposit WITH NINETY NINE (99%) of the Entire Project Given away to potential funders (Lbsr retaining only 1%) with 50 year life of production at an Interest rate over 50 years of just 3% (used in NPV calculations) And 1 Billion shares outstanding at a minimum of 25 cents a share.

Any improvements in above assumption can easily double or triple market cap to 750 million..



Unfortunately, even though meant as a joke (right?), someone might take this "calculation" seriously.
