As far as I can tell GHLT is only a holding company seeking to acquire companies with viable GPS products. While they do have a subsidiary, EVI Inc. that specializes in the installation of high-tech electronics in emergency, personal and other vehicles, I cannot find where they currently offer any products of their own. They also have a strategic alliance with Trimble so I assume they resell Trimble's products for installation through EVI. I received the same flyer from "The Stock Report" a week or two ago. While their stock may or may not be a potentially good investment (they are a pinkie), they don't manufacture or resell any products equivalent to the CT, although I am sure they sell competitive Trimble and other GPS products through EVI for installation. You mentioned their Sprint/Nextel partnership also. I hope Nextel is Sprint/Nextel really starts marketing the CT because it taps into a different part of the market. And while some like to think we are enamored with the PTT feature, it's the fact that it's a computer with multiple capabilities that can be expanded upon and not just a dumb cellphone that counts.
I agree with you, I personally like HISC better.
Oops, just saw Spencer's reply. Sorry for the duplication.
