I'd say the problem with the FDA approval is "who cares?"

DRIO alleges that the thing has been approved and available for purchase in at least a half dozen countries -- including BIG countries like Canada and Australia -- all over the world up to two plus YEARS now. They say the thing even gets reimbursed in some places. They say they've signed all these deals with various distributors -- none of which, I note, seems to ever result in DRIO getting any money.

Well, if it's supposedly such a "hot" item, then where are the revenues? If they can't sell the thing anywhere else in the world, what's so "magical" about FDA approval that they will be able to sell it here?
