The failure to submit the 10K is intentional. They're hiding the bad news, as usual.

The extension request said:

The Company is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2014 by the prescribed date without unreasonable effort or expense because the Company’s audit review is in process and has not been completed. The Company believes that the Annual Report will be completed within the fifteen calendar day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.



Cyclone hasn't filed audited statements for a while now. Waiting for auditors isn't the problem.

They've already filed pro forma results for 2014 on January 27th. They've had all the numbers together for more than three months now.

Even with the extension, the 10K was due on March 17th, almost 7 weeks ago.

They've had no revenue in Q4 and Q1, no success making their engines work, no new sales, but lots of new shares issued.

Why would they want to report any of that to shareholders and potential shareholders?
