Why would the TA lie? They have nothing to gain by doing so! Why would sylvan lie? To continue to keep us guessing and in the dark like they have a huge history of doing! I know who I think is being dishonest!!!
Could be TA was sick and tired of getting emails and phone calls from ERHC investors and directed them to ERHC for the information. I don't see any reason why ERHC would gag the TA, you can figure out how many shares are out there within a small percentage by looking at the daily trading volume and when CDs became convertible. I believe Sylvan that there was no gag order from ERHC.
