Let's pretend for a minute that you are the CD holder for the $50k next week. Let's also go with your conversion numbers and say you convert your $50k next week at .00024 for 208,000,000. Lets also assume the stock market is flat. You hold 208,000,000 shares and you have 30 days until the next CD holder can convert. Would you rather sell 10,400,000 shares a trading day (for 20 trading days) at .0004 and receive $83,200 for a profit of $33,200 OR would you rather try to dump all 208,000,000 in one trading day let's say for an average of .00025 and receive $52,000 for a profit of $2,000?
