Not to give legal advice, but it might be wise to have an attorney send Mr. Pierce a letter advising him to preserve the assets of the corporation. I would also challenge his majority position in TSB. It was obtained through a fraud on the court. But he might want to use his bogus position to steal the assets.
He also needs to correct the PR and admit the loans are in default.
