Am I wrong here that alas acquired pv enterprises in a merger but the merger was pv enterprises and Saenz who was a subsidiary of alas. Then alas changed their name to pv enterprises intl Inc but was never pv enterprises Inc that Is being sued along with Peter. I don't know how much the creditors can get from the parent company of pv enterprises if that's the case?
