Actually it may be up to the chart from here. We had a SAR flip on the weekly which will and is going to bring in traders. Especially with filings coming out, this will start to look better and better. When News hits a stock it is too late by trading standards and one should already be in with sells set up. Buy low and sell high or sell into the news. Whichever works for each trader.
