I love it when someone posts about the ole Rico spin-off - there isn't anything to spin-off.

There isn't any employees, and certainly not any IP, the formulation of Rico is not proprietary, there isn't any assets, there isn't any distribution system (anyone who pays $39.95 per month to Amazon can do exactly what GRCU is doing).

A spin-off isn't going to happen - just more company BS - I doubt those clowns understand how a spin-off works.

Anything new ? Spin off will be a big deal...
