cjs, depends on where you stood in the pay scale, you may well have not been able to afford a lawyer. You demonstrated on the boards a willingness to charge ahead when upset.
You posted many times about writing the SEC, etc., even as fellow posters asked you not to. You posted you did anyway.
It's not realistic to say what you would have done, your reality would be totally different than it is now. I'm sure if you had a mouthpiece at your disposal, and not only you, but everyone you worked with had been stiffed multiple months pay, you'd be pissed and letting everyone you could, know about it.
One only need review your posting history for a year now, as your investment has tanked to zip and reality set in. How upset you have become and rightly so.
I think if you were one of them, you'd let everyone know you and your workmates were stiffed months pay and all the scuttlebutt you had on those who wronged you would be flung far and wide.
