dead katt, set the animosity aside for a moment. If you, cjs or pretty much any of us had worked at QTN and seen the whole crew not paid a months salary, then promised it was coming, so continued to work each day, believing Frank would not really dis everyone like that after so long together.
But he did. Now you're angry, most of the staff has been let go, without back pay, and the new guy Fan, insist to those that have stayed, they will be paid for current and back efforts due. Also all back wages will be honored to everyone.
So they work another month, then not only get stiffed again. But with the realization there never was any money and they never were going to be paid...before they worked a month.
You would be going to the ends of the earth to let everyone know and doing your best for vengeance. The only reason you did not is you are on the other side of the fence, caught in a trap set by Frank then Fan, but mostly Frank.
You got caught by Franks lies. You take out your frustration in your way. If you had not been an investor, but an employee you would have done the same as they have.
The only reason you object is because it appears to you, to have tightened the trap Frank set for you. No one can blame you for that, all the same, it's unfair to blame the employees for their reaction and their response.
They used what resources were at their disposal to attempt to retrieve their loss and so did you. If their and your realities were reversed, each would have reacted the same as the other is now.
It was deception on a huge scale all the way around and everyone who came in contact, in any way, was taken for a loss.
The fault lies in the con, it was a doosey.
