finrafriend, where are you seeing 16 hours a week? I saw reference in a 10K to an exhibit 10.2 but on sec.gov I don't see that exhibit, and the prior proxy filed doesn't say anything about it that I can see here: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1158387/000106299314002325/scheddef14a.htm
