from Skunksyard to me:

...you are entitled to your opinion...and you also might try to respond to zeus and thundermeadow to spread the wealth of your knowledge vs. ours relating to QTN..or do you have another agenda?...

from me to SKUNKSYARD (this mentioned again so this post will not be confused with Jack E Jett's screenname.)

(1) 42,001 posts and counting (that's my opinion)

(2) Do I have an agenda -- nope --

(3) Do you have a problem? -- yup --

(4) And thank you for admitting I have knowledge about QTN. That's because: I read. I analyze. I research. I comment by posting. You do get "credit" for doing A LOT with one of these categories.

(5) And, my dear, you always seem to avoid ANSWERING A QUESTION by ASKING a different question. Regarding people who do things that??? They do it to deflect "an issue" they can't handle discussing -- or they are simply afraid to face up to the truth.

Right "cousin?"

Hi Zeus - Hi Thundermeadow. (There - I've responded to them!)

skunks, the failure of QTN lies fully and completely with Frank Olsen. Plain and simple. If he truly wanted to bring a product that was acceptable to the market and make QTN successful, he would have followed through on the "QTN advisory committee"! It has been extremely obvious that Frank knew absolutely nothing about what was needed to make this a success. I have been impressed with some posters (shareholders) here on this board who really know the cable and television market in terms of what the public needs and wants. I am not talking about the quality of shows. I am talking about Junkmaster, dkgross, and Howsmusic4U explaining to all regarding the benefit of QTN going the VOD route. Frank could and should have been able to pull this off, if he were truly interested. The "QTN advisory committee" would have been an interesting and integral component of making this a success. But Frank's words were just "hollow", like all of his other BS.
