IR in BC was the reason that SRSR was considered a reporting issuer in that province. The CTO cited the NI reg that the BCSC used to claim jurisdiction in the matter.

Lucas took over for merle around may 8, 2014.

Trying to find the source, but I heard srsr needed to have IR outside of BC for one year, in order to no longer be considered reporting issuer in BC.

Which would make them reporting in Ontario instead.

And, the prospectus for Nio-Star will make them reporting issuer in Ontario assuming the OSC accepts the prospectus filing.

Merle would have had to move to another Province ( Ontario )or Scott would have needed to fire Merle there and then and hire another IR person located in Ontario......
You're entitled to your opinion...my opinion however is that this CTO isn't worth the paper it was printed on, like so many other Regulatory Orders and Procedures I have seen from various Provincial Regulatory Agencies over the last ten years.
Then again I have been a lot closer to and tracked hundreds of their ( specifically, the OSC )freaking orders than most people.
