I wouldnt be counting on any settlement money if I were you, I have seen many stocks come and fail, get halted, Have proceeds and real property seized and shareholders never get anything.
Your best hope is that this company can get re instated and start trading again.
Since no charges have been filed yet it is possible they can get re upped to trade.
