I am stating NPT and "Encounter" might have a price of $1.97...

I don't think there is a chance in hell of a tick up here...

For the simple reason .0002 and up is a multiplier and very few will sell at .0001 or .0002.

Pop the PPS and you loose control of the margin to clear...

Should see a .01-.02 clear price at the present .0001

If you put a $5 dollar per share price on those shares to clear and are even with the rest...

You have margin break at .089 on the other shares...

So if you keep the cover price at .01-.08 until you get to those shares...they are paid for...
