The problem with lawsuits is they're worthless.......

Miss GEICO got a default judgement for $242K plus interest and will likely never collect a dime because Alonzo, Huffman, and Klein are pieces of shiite.

This may be the reason Huffman and Klein lied about the ownership of the certificates. And Alonzo aided the two men he cried about screwing him, Miss GEICO, and others over.

Why would Huffman and Klein claim Emperial owns the shares when the proceeds could go to judgement holders? That is still the amazing thing that Huffman shook Alonzo down for 125MM shares that DKTS was proud to proclaim in a PR......had been sold into the market.

The founders of Emperial got the shaft and are still holding restricted paper that would cost more than it's worth to get the restrictions lifted.

It looks like the same thing is happening here. Alonzo is a born loser.
