Where are the details of this employee stock plan? Last year, they passed an employee stock plan that has solely been used to line Brad Pyatts pockets with millions. He was awarded over 500k shares in 2014, while the stock price was cut by 66% from its peak. It's all still penny stock smoke and mirrors, except now they have more directors who are "independent" yet are still letting this garbage continue.
