ICD-10 Code Set to Replace ICD-9 in October

Medicare's plans for its final acknowledgement testing in June to see if ICD-10 tests are compatible with Medicare's processing center. 3 part test; two test just completed to see if ICD-10 codes will make it through Medicare's claims processing front door. Last of the front end testing to take place in June. In July, the last of their 3 part test will be a more thorough examination and will provide more detailed information for physicians and other health care providers on how their claims will process and be paid by Medicare with the ICD-10 codes. ICD-9 will continue to be required until September 30, 2015 when is to be replaced by 1CD-10, a couple of weeks later. It seems AMA wants everything to stop this since they claim the hardware and software costs are unnecessary and costly; ranging anywhere from 50k to a quarter million. They don't have enough time to do anything to stop the mandate from going into effect nor is there a better, cheaper alternative that best suits physicians' budgets. Great news for anyone who bought shares at these basement prices. Patience is key and will pay off big time for us shareholders.
