They were sent from PVEC. A letter accompanied them explaining their worth and how to redeem them, if I remember right. They looked official with a stamp and everything. They would have looked more official had they spelled all the words correctly on the certificate.

Same here Homer911. Saw them in my Scottrade but did not have a hard copy delivered. I too had millions of shares. 8 mil to be exact.
