Everyone got them by mail that have them, including me. They did not get rolled directly to your broker. There are some post when Certs first came out that show a pic of them.
Homer, As they are telling you, we all got them Certified mail and had to sign for them. Mine showed up on my Scottrade account for a few days and then was removed. I cannot remember if they showed on my TDAmeritrade account. I have both my certificates.
