seems like many of us here are also in your shoes. Maybe some here should be lodging complaints to the SEC.....as lodging complaints here seems a useless futile way of venting.
Unless it helps any medical conditions...then I'm all for it..LOL

If Ntephe doesn't know that he has no business in the CEO chair. If the BOD doesn't know that they have NO BUSINESS acting as Directors... oh wait, they don't... nevermind.

Ntephe has been proving for years that he is incapable of understanding the main issues regarding this company or what it is that drives markets.

And he also has made it abundantly clear that he had no idea as to the negative impact on the share price and survival of this company that CDs would have.

He continues to reach out for excuses and is too pig headed to take advice or admit his mistakes.

Subsequently I see no reason to be optimistic that he won't do a reverse split. What you say would follow in terms of SP and more CD is no doubt on the mark !

Such intentional destruction of a public company has got to be illegal !
