On the serious side, your point about Elite being capable of going it alone gives evidence of the very issue that concerns me...that they do not have the ability to really go it alone because they lack the critical skill set and infrastructure necessary to do just that. I do believe Elite and Nasrat understand the dynamics at play and the effort going forward will be a delicate balance to deliver the largest benefit to shareholders. But, we need to recognize that there are multiple scenarios at play, as expected. And, the truth is, not all play out equally well for shareholders. In this situation as in baseball, timing will matter.
