some_extra_dough That is over a year old. Unfortunately things havent moved as fast ads we would like. All longs know that well lol I think the interesting part about this old DD is its still all quite true with some minor variations and additionally so much more going for IVFH at this time. We always had the sense IVFH was thinking big. Now we are talking Pasta manufacturing aqusition on friendly terms and bigger deals with names Like Disney in the mix. Also the share structure while it has changed a bit hasnt changed significantly in all this time
some_extra_dough specific changes to that old dd are as follows..off the top of my head 1. float has risen approx 10m shares 2. os has risen 37m shares keep in mind even back then we expected IVFH to have about 200m shares in the OS at some point in the future so the rise is gradual 3. We now have a food manufacturing aqusition which is also responsible 25% of the increase in OS and 3m in the float if indeed the recent 10m shares added was for Pasta which is the exact number mentioned in the recent 10K 4. We are hearing possible deals with Sopranos and Disney Disney and Pasta has certainly been working together on Disney character pasta deal. whether it gets signed sealed and delivered remains to be seen but its been worked on for a long tiem now..looks good imo
The organic growth discussed in the old DD page is now evident as in the last 10Q
