6 shareholders including me have been complaining to Larry Spirgel at the SEC and now we know he's working for us shareholders to get these SCUM CRIMINALS who have been duping shareholders for over 10 years....read link below.

Just showed up today, I don't know why SEC post them today, I keep checking SEC web site everyday for any action on this ERFB EMPTY SHELL. I guess it's their own guidelines not to show right away. Anyway folks, it take 10 minutes to complain to the authorities. We need to put these CROOKS in JAIL for their 10 YEAR FRAUD & LIES...
