hh718, I fully understand potential. Being a former NYer I am not very trusting. A dirty shell is a dirty shell. The price is cheaper that a clean reporting shell, but to buy a dirty shell is suspect. Also, one of the first things a person does when buying a shell, especially a dirty shell, is change all the registration on it so the previous POS scammer is no longer associated with it.
