#6285 RE: Helter Skelter #6282

Nadia, sorry but you are wrong. i have been running my own boutique investment firm for over 20 years and i know this as of fact. even though the notes were sold to the note holders 6 months ago. they are ALL barred from distributing their shares into the market even if they already have converted and are sitting with the shares in their brokerage accounts while the company is deliquent. while i no longer make investments in the form of convertible notes i used to and not only are the note holders contractually not allowed to seel during this period , the brokers and market makers would not touch the sell orders with a ten foot pole. i am not going to waste my time arguing. do a little research on this and you will not be able to come up with an alternative to what i am saying. ask any attorney that represents these investment firms. ask any broker dealer or market maker. hell, call one of the convertible not holders themselves. i just wanted to point this out bc i do not want people making the mistake of thinking this selling is from note holders when its notnext week will be a different story and thats when i load up
