Here is an interesting thought...Weren't the two plaintiffs supposedly staying on as directors during the transition to oversee the transition and that the assets were transferred? Why didn't they sue then and allow HDDC to receive the shares whithout completing their end of the deal? Did they just incriminate themselves for breach of fiduciary duty?
