Based on technicals alone, more pain to come.

He's been hiding from his shareholders because he has no plausible reason for the R/S, it's timing and it's size.
No institution would be interested in purchasing shares , given the float size (6.7 mil) there's little liquidity for institutions to get a fair px if they need to exit.Besides ( As Blonde Ambition says) WHERES THE BEEF)- none!!

The only reason he's do it is to be able to sell more stock out of the authorized am't to finance ongoing research, pay salaries and costs.

Notice his communication with shareholders has been conspicuously absent.
