HDSI. IMO Yes done converting, At least until August. If I am reading the 10Q correctly. The notes converting on 4/23/15 were to satisfy an old asher note. One more asher note for $32k is coming due on 7/18/15. Seems they should raise enough funds to pay that note or it will convert. But, it looks like the last of notes for now. We should see some upward movement. These notes look like they were in the old shell. I don't think this company will take out any toxic notes. But, somehow, they are responsible for the old notes. Onward and upward!!
