the order was placed by the third party distributor, not by WalMart or other stores.

If the STOY product doesn't sell in the WalMart stores, Walmart does not have to pay for it and STOY never makes a dime on its royalty fees.

Look up what happened to Spongetech, a scam company that had its product in thousands of stores of mass retailers, including WalMart and couldn't sell more than a few thousand dollars per year.

Extensive market research is always performed by mass-retailers such as Walmart in order to accurately determine market demand before such large purchase orders are placed. I can assure you that not only will the initial order, as it was stated within today's release, sellout very quickly, but many more such purchase order are to follow.
