And we see clearly in that document that the big banks are the benefactors of the seemingly favored scenarios. So that more or less proves what most here have understood to be the driving force behind this mess.

It could still take years, but it appears at least the Lamberth ruling appeal has a better chance now. Am i wrong in imagining that judges don't like to be played for fools (except when they're taking bribes for that service, of course)? Lamberth didn't see that document. Won't that tick him off enough to reconsider his ruling or at least demand more documents in appeal?
