Mr. Chemine organizes fundraisers...Wonder if he can assist XCLK with organizingfundraisers with the Big Coffers? 

I think the Articles of Organization was to secure the Name and begin the process. I also think a Statement of Conversion if necessary in Nevada for the Articles of Incorporation that will go along with the FINRA filings.
