I think the Combat bars may add more than you think very quickly. They are selling on the major supplement sites online. I bought some from GNC and also Gold's Gym is selling them in their gyms.....
I also ordered the new sport Zero drinks from Muscleandstrength.com yesterday.
I bought the first of my MSLP today at 4.29 and plan to add from time to time.
