You are spot on phoo. Richard K. had VRTY on a roll with record revenues etc. The management shakeup in early August of last year was a serious negative for the company, mostly because Duane Spader came back in and Jim "Baby Face" White, the skin cream salesman from North Carolina, took over as the figurehead CEO. Having both of them gone is a huge positive, but Mr. Sneller needs to keep forging ahead, get the SEC filings current, and keep the businesses running. We will be fine here, but until the filings come current and the company starts communicating with shareholders, I am not adding any more shares.

Getting the 10-K on file and coming current with the SEC is the single most important thing for the company right now, IMO.
