I like the fact they are targeting the India and Latin America Market not to mention they have rights to distribute Beach Boys in Brazil..

If SMCE captures the Bollywood crowd (and that's millions and millions) it creates a huge domino effect of artist wanting to sign .. not to mention attraction from outside investors..

It's a very very strong deal for them to already be Partners with Universal and INgrooves..

INGrooves is basically what the show Empire is about fyi..
