He really went out of his way to not give a time frame. Now with that said he sounded genuinly excited about PBLS. He also assured me that everything was moving along and that the company was still very much dedicated to becoming fully reporting...and soon. He said it is common for the SEC to undergo a couple of revisions on the form 10 filling.
He would not comment on an exchange past the OTCBB, but he would admit that there was talk of more. I figure AMEX most likely. Mike also said that his company has never represented a pink sheet company and would likely never do so again. The only reason he was lucky enough to represent PBLS is because Paul kept on him to come down and see operations. Mike basically said that he hasn't seen many opportunites like this. I got the feeling that he was holding back on telling me how excited he really was. He mentioned that some analysts he knows were talking about a possible 5 dollar value range in the not to distant future..Mike said he would simply be glad to see 20 cents.
Lets see what else. Oh yeah. I asked Mike if he owwned shares and he said that he would never represent a company that he wasn't willing to have a stake in. Yes he gave me a share number but didn't really want me to post it on the internet....give him a call. It was a pretty large number of shares. He also said the company is continuining to buy back shares as long as the price is at these levels. Hey keep it 3 cents for a while longer and let Paul buy another 100 million!!!
For what's it's worth Mike did a fine job af alleviating most of the reservations I had about the company. Sure I still have a few, and I hope I can go to the next share holder meeting and alleviate the rest.
It's hard to imigine buying a 3 cent stock and watching it grow to a dollar or more. All I can say is the risk reward profile on thie company is stagaring. Plus you are investing in the reconstruction of a great city...that should be worth at least a small warm fuzzy feeling! :)
