A quick scan on the guidelines indicate AMIC may have already heard if the de novo submission has merit: "FDA may ask for clarification or more info to address protocol deficiencies or other types of data FDA wants will do so within 60 days of initial PDS submission....". One might think that a negative initial response from the FDA could be a good sign that FDA is still considering. The 60 day mark has long passed.
