LHPT/ SUPURVA Revs have not been verified by IRS and no one has verified over 2 million in Revs FOR lhpt/ SUPURVA except for maybe insiders..

I DO NOT THINK ANYONE THINKS SUPURVA HAS NOT DONE ANY BUSINESS FOR SURE and made some revs, But there is Zero confirming information from a reliable proven source that actually verifies financial info to date IMO or has been posted as DD.

Many GOVERNMENT service contracts do not fall under the Davis Bacon act. There are also several rate structures within that act, and states also use different rates sometimes higher then ones in the Act. I have extensive knowledge of this Act and others that are suppose to represent prevailing rates more or less.

But I do agree they had received at least one Gov Contract. Here is a very quick way to check if companies are even aloud to bid on jobs that are considered under the Davis Bacon act. Each state has a approved lists, and a banned list of companies who can, and cannot bid on jobs listed under the DAVIS BACON ACT. To get on the approved list, you must supply and meet certain things, and pay yearly for a certificate to do public works projects. Go To State Gov, then Wage and Hr division, then Public works prevailing rate jobs.
