You see....maybe DUTV via TORQ is using services from a company like interoute to service their 3 clients in other countries. Any thoughts Nu-B? I don't find any evidence of DUTV or TORQ in the market so it leads me to believe the revenues we are seeing are a result of TORQ using companies like Interoute to "do" their business. I have said before I thought TORQ was essentially a virtual company..no assets. Just one guy who was managing clients using the process above....just an opinion/theory.
